1.\u00a0 ID THE ALIEN: The Active Admission and Awareness of Feeling like an Alien (outsider) in your own life\/world. Too often you feel bad, even miserable about one or many issues. <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 UNMASK MINEFIELDS:<\/u> These are incorrect MINDSETS through which we interpret the world and react incorrectly. They sabotage our lives and feelings. <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 THE PRESUMPTION SPIRAL: As we saw, the MINDSETS cause us to think or PRESUME<\/u><\/strong> incorrect MEANINGS. More as we explore, we see the initial meaning come
\nfrom experiences that have caused emotional damage. <\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 UNRAVEL THE SPIRAL: We look each MINDSET PRESUMPTION, where it leads, along with where<\/em> this stunning fear comes from and the functional CONSEQUENCES.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 PLAY DEVIL\u2019S ADVOCATE:<\/strong> We CHALLENGE our saboteurs using<\/u><\/strong> proofs and reality to show the fundamental error of our MINDSETS, AND PRESUMPTIONS. <\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

6.\u00a0 OPTIONAL THINKING (OT): With OT AND TAKING A BREATH, we learn to replace faulty beliefs with correct Identification \/Clarification by asking what else it can be or is meant. <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PART TWO: CLIMBING THE LADDER. <\/strong><\/span>Once we\u2019ve accomplished the above we now have the space to continue to grow in peace, with confidence.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

7.\u00a0 SHIFT STRATEGIES: We lose our Incorrect Reactions and<\/u><\/strong> substitute new, effective strategies to handle problems accurately that work for us and others. <\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

8.\u00a0 CHIRK UP YOUR QUIRK: We find and LOVE the unique<\/span> \u201cus.\u201d With minefields gone, we can breathe, see and act on our gifts, dreams, ambitions.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

9.\u00a0 LIVE WITH PURPOSEFUL PASSION: We turn our passion into a purpose that matters to us.<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Deviate from the usual, focusing instead on principles such as listening to and laughing with others, and understanding your purpose in life.

10. ENJOY ENLIGHTENED PEACE: Once we have grown as a result of the above, we will be avoidance averse, feel enlightened, at peace and moving toward our full potential.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

May we all be GRATEFUL FOR HAVING MADE THE JOURNEY and SHARE IT. \u00a0It\u2019s an almost transcendent feeling to grow into a life <\/u><\/strong><\/span>of \u201cCONFIDENCE,\u201d \u201cPURPOSE,\u201d \u201cFREEDOM,\u201d \u201cGROWTH,\u201d AND\u00a0 \u201cPEACE\u201d ON OUR WAY TO A JOYOUS LIFE AND LEGACY\u2013<\/span> THE SRT-5.<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Now our triad is complete: birth, and death and the way to maximize our lives and legacies. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
