SRT: FRIENDSHIPS: – In person and remote

“Friendship is Our Most Under-rated Relationship” — MM

A CHALLENGE: Count how many holiday greetings you send to your old lovers? ___Now how many do you send to your old friends? ____

Add your news ones. ______

See it? Chances are your friends have outlasted your lovers (and perhaps your mates).

Friendship, despite the “friendly” part can be tough at times.

Even if we love them, problems, questions, and expectations arise. Even without the passion, friends have the power: to deeply support us, or deeply hurt us; to “get us” or “judge” us; to give too much or take too much. These are the people in your life who are there during the highs and lows.

When we have an issue with a friend it requires great honesty from us, laced in delicacy.

You can expect SRT to give you the tools to reach out to your friends through Thinking and Reacting correctly – while making your point.

What you bring to the table is an open mind, and a commitment to use these tools to help you, when possible, to move past issues with positivity, confidence, and a spirit of negotiation  – without fear, anxiety or anger.
